I had a 37-year old root canal that was badly infected and failing, and went to day to get that fixed. As usual, my experience was perfect from beginning to end. Greeted courteously by the staff and the associates and then the doctors, I got all my questions answered about the causes of the root canal failure/infection, and the procedure was clearly explained to me. My experience today was excellent .......as it always is. The cleaning of my teeth went very well with the use of a new device that uses water to go against the teeth. In the past I often have discomfort with the previous cleaning of my teeth. This new device gave me no discomfort or pain at all. All of the personnel at the office are very polite and do very good work. I have never had any problems at my visits there. This is my ninth year with you. They know your name, have your billing ready, and make appointments that meet your schedule requirements. The staff greeted me warmly and took me back to the treatment room with virtually no wait. A hygienist came in with full knowledge of my problem--cracked crown--and examined my tooth and took a picture for Dr. Cocolis, who came in promptly and reviewed options. I met with Amy at the front desk, who ably provided me with a treatment plan, information on what my insurer would pay, and options for future appointments. Francis is probably the best dental hygienists I’ve ever had! She does an amazing job, isn’t too rough, and is super personable. There is not much that dislike more than going to the dentist, but Francis makes the time in the chair pass by quickly. As for the front office staff, they are typically very friendly and welcoming, with the exception of my visit on Friday. I think they were probably having an off day and am sure they will recover.
