It was great to see Dr. Cocolis and his team today. Dr. Cocolis has been my dentist and my family's dentist since 1998 and I have had the benefit of experiencing his high level of skill as a dentist which has grown over the years to accommodate many of my and others challenging dental issues. Almost no one enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. C and his staff excel at making the experience at least a positive one. The staff is pleasant, professional and helpful, always informing you of what a procedure entails so you know what to expect. The office staff does a great job handling insurance and scheduling issues, and they bring a personal touch to their interactions with patients, so you never feel like just a number. The one thing I have learned over the last five years working with Dr. DaSilva is that she takes her time helping me through each challenge and explain what it has happening. So even if I might dread whatever is ahead of me, knowing she will be there to help me is the only way I have gotten through any of it. Yesterday was just a routine filling, but with my level anxiety there really isn't anything routine and she knows that. I just had my second appointment with Dr. Cocolis and it was even better than my first visit. Now that I know him and his staff better, I felt more at ease—like I had known them for years.
