I visited Dr. Cocolis for a second opinion. He came highly recommended and now I know why. I appreciated his honest opinion, his advice, and the time he spent answering all of my questions. He went over my x-rays in great detail. He and his staff were just excellent. My son and I arrived at the dental clinic minutes before our 8:00am dental appointment. The staff was in a meeting and Dr. DaSilva spotted me through the glass and smiled. Why is that so important...that simple smile set the tone for what would be an outstanding office visit. My youngest had two cavities that required filling. From the first phone call to schedule my appointment I was wowed by the combination of friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My dental hygienist, Julie, was incredibly kind and put me at ease immediately. She was also extremely thorough and caring in her work. Dr. DaSilva spent a great deal of time with me going over my x-rays and discussing the plan for additional work I would need. Impressed with hi-tech dentistry, digital images used to create temp crown. impressed with Peter's apt use of anesthetics (no discomfort), his good hands throughout the removal of existing cracked crown and prep for the new crown. I would like to see better amounts be known on how much insurance is left to spend on the two plans that i have. i have aetna and delta dental I know the insurances can be difficult but i try to maximuze the insurance so there are no out of pocket costs. This is something that i feel needs to be worked on or tell the client waht and who he needs to call to clear it up.
