Dr. Cocolis and his talented staff have a way of putting even the most anxious patients at ease! My son actually looks forward to his appointments. Dr. Cocolis stays up with the most current technologies and treatments, and is completely forthright about what treatments you do or don't need. I was there for what I thought was a simple filling repair. I found out that I needed a root canal. Dr. Disilva laid out all the options for me and answered my questions 1 million times. She even offered me her phone number to call her after office hours if I had anymore questions or concerns. I knew she had done a wonderful job with both of my children and that's why I wanted to see her as well. Was injured during a household fall and began to have a tooth pain a few days later. The polite, responsive staff worked me in immediately. Staff gently performed X-rays, and Dr. Cocolis thoroughly, expertly examined my mouth. He eased my mind that I did not have a root fracture, but noted swelling and bruising, recommended more Ibuprofen to ease swelling/pain to prevent killing a nerve or the need for a root canal -- and saved my front tooth, vanity, and peace of mind! I can't thank the staff and Dr. Cocolis enough for providing detailed information about my temporary crown and for making the process fairly painless. The temp crown feels fantastic! The office staff was both welcoming and professional. My appointment time was honored. Got me out in a hurry. I inadvertently scheduled two medical appointments on the same afternoon. I was coming back from vacation so had no time to reschedule. Call Jessie early in the morning, and he assured me that they could have me out in 30 minutes. That note was passed along to the team so they would know I needed to get out as quickly as possible. Semi-annual appointment for cleaning and check up. Cleaning was fine; but Dr. Cocolis was not there unknown to me and resulted in a necessary follow-up appointment the next day.
