Dr. Cocolis and Valarie were great. I have been a patient of Dr Cocolis for over eighteen years and the service has been consistently great and they have exceeded my expectations. His staff is very professional and friendly and Valarie is excellent. I highly recommend this office. I had my teeth cleaned by Julie today and she is so pleasant and did a wonderful job. Dr. DaSilva checked my teeth and she is the best. She has been taking care of my teeth for 4 years and she has improved my bite and health of my teeth. It's always a great experience. When Julie or Dr. DaSilva work on my teeth they tell me what they're going to do before they do it, which really helps because there are no surprises and you don't have to grip the handles of the chair. For instance, Julie might say, "Now I'm going to lower your chair" or "Now I'm going to work on the top right side" It's something little, but it really makes a difference. Frances, the hygienist, was gentle but thorough. Dr. Cocolis and I talked frankly about my future dental needs and how to space them to best deal with financial issues. Amy was great in talking with me about insurance coverage. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in letting me know what to expect from my insurance. Today I had a cavity fixed. Dr. Cocolis used the laser tool instead of the drill to remove the decay. I didn't have to have my mouth numbed and I was out of the office in 30 minutes. If I were choosing a new dental service, this is the one I would pick. All aspects of my visit were outstanding from check-in to check-out. Normally when you consider getting fillings redone and a crown put on, you imagine the scene from "Little Shop of Horrors". I can't say enough how comfortable I was made to feel, how painless the process was and what a joy the staff (from the front desk to Dr. Cocolis to the woman who assisted the whole process) was in making me comfortable. As a dental phobic, I can tell you that this is the best dental care I have ever received. Your comfort comes first from the time you walk in the door. And the quality of the dental work is excellent.
