Our whole family have been a patient of Dr DaSilva for years. My kids get really happy when they have an office appt. everyone in the office is friendly and professional always willing to help patients. Extremely observant, detail oriented cleaning. Found tiny possible cavities, confirmed with laser. Others would not likely have found. Catching them before they become real cavities. I made the appt easily but waited an hour for Dr Cocolis to come in to see me. At the end of the appt he wrote the cost off which was totally unexpected and deeply appreciated. When I walk into the office I am greeted with a smile and is called by my name, which helps me to relax. Dr. Cocolis is very personable which makes it easy for me to ask questions about my procedure. He always explains what he's doing and why. Dr. Cocolis and his staff go out of their way to ensure understanding, comfort, and quality service. No one likes going to the dentist, but I enjoy seeing everyone at each and every visit. I have received only the most professional care with Dr. Cocolis. He is very knowledgable and provides excellent dental care. He and his staff are very friendly and have always accommodated my dental needs quickly. As I said to her today, she is the only reason I see a dentist at all. By the time I see her I have usually waited far too long so we are working from a point that makes it difficult. She always listens to me and provides the best explanation she can. The best compliment I can give her is I have a level of comfort that I never thought possible with a dentist given some really bad experiences. Thanks for always being there and taking the time. Julie is my hygienist and she always does a thorough and careful job cleaning my teeth.
