Dr. DaSilva is great at working with children. She took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything in detail. Becky was an amazing help on the phone before the appointment in walking me through the steps needed to transfer records from another office as well as insurance matters. She made understanding the billing options and treatment plans very easy to understand. I understand what is to be done and appreciated the preview. Learned a lot more than I realized what is going on in my mouth. I've never met a medical professional as passionate, caring, and customer service-oriented as Dr. Cocolis. It's clear that the warm and friendly office environment is due to his setting the tone. Dr. Cocolis and the hygienist did a very thorough check-up and cleaning. Everyone is professional and friendly. I especially appreciate how they have coordinated my dental care with another specialist (periodontist). I always look forward to my Bi-annual prophy [cleaning] and visit to see Suzi my Dental Hygienist and Dr. Cocolis, my Dentist for over 20 years! My family has been going yo Dr Cocorlis for 10 or more years and have always found the office and our visits to be outstanding. From the front office staff (Amy rocks!), to the technicans, Dr Cocorlis provides of the best in care.
