The front office staff are fantastic and very welcoming. Dr. DaSilva was patient and explained everything to me while I was having work done. My 3 month visits are a pleasure to attend. Julie is a superb hygienist and always ensures i am comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Cicolis always concludes the visit by asking if I have any questions or concerns about my condition or care. I broke a tooth over a weekend and called Dr. C on his cell, which he provides on the company voice-mail. He picked up on the second ring, arranged to meet me Monday at 7:30am. When I arrived, the room was ready; I was on the schedule and greeted by name. The procedure took one hour and was painless and perfect.
