This last visit involved removing a baby tooth. My little man was a bit nervous knowing he'd have to have shots to numb the area. Dr. Cocolis talked him through it and engaged him in the whole process. He came out after and said "It was WAY less painful than our last dentist". Every time I come in for my appointment, Dr. DaSilva, Julie and staff welcome me very warm, I feel like at home.Yesterday I had an appointment for cleaning; Julie took her time to do a really good job and to avoid causing any pain. Julie is the best dental hygenist that I've ever had. When she works in my mouth she is very gentle and makes sure that her patient is happy. I feel every penny I spent is worthwhile. In the summer 2014 I had serious health issues with my crown (infections, pain, swelling), which was done by a previous dentist over a year before. I did not want to go back to the same dentist again and didn't know how to deal with it, so I called up my Periodontist and his office gave me a list of three dentists they recommend. I chose Dr. DaSilva. She and staff went out of their way to contact my previous dentist and got my dental insurance to reimburse me for the 'crown work' which had not been done correctly! Had not been to a dentist is over 15 years and had to go see one. Went to Dr. Cocolis' office and got everything done and it was the best dental experience in my life. Would Highly recommend them to everyone. They are very professional and the atmosphere is more like home then business. Amanda the dental tech was terrific. She explained what she was going to do before doing it and made sure I never gagged on my saliva!
