I had my regular cleaning appointment this week and brought my 4 year old daughter with me who had a scary experience at her last visit (at a different office). Debbie went above and beyond to make her feel like going to the dentist is not scary at all! She let her sit in the chair, counted her teeth, checked my daughter’s baby doll’s teeth and let her pick some prizes as well. Even Dr. Matt checked her baby’s teeth. Had an exceptional experience as a new patient at Dr. Schneider's office. Initial appointment with the hygienist was comfortable, painless and enjoyable. Follow up appointment with Dr. Schneider was on time. Everything was explained and performed in a professional and informative manner. Staff is friendly and kind. The office has a relaxed vibe which is very much appreciated. Love the technology and cleanliness. Overall, really good experience.

Dr Schneider is an exceptional dentist. He is so knowledgeable and very skilled. He found a tooth that needed to have a root canal redone because an infection started. His timely diagnosis has saved me from a more difficult procedure in the future. He was careful about the number of X rays he had done that day because he knew my concerns with the number of X rays I have had because of a lot dental work in my past. I switched from another dental office after a number of years. Dr. Matt's office is friendly, personable, and staff interaction was professional, with no waiting. My dental hygienist was good. Plus, when I needed two crowns replaced, Dr. Matt showed me the entire process from start to finish how the crowns were designed, and created, using his state-of-the-art CAD/CAM system, all in the span of two hours! I broke a tooth and wanted to get the tooth repaired quickly. I called Dr. Schneider's office as a new patient. I was able to get a same day evaluation appointment. Dr. Schneider determined I would need a crown and was able to do all of the work that day and I walked out a little over 2 hours later with a new crown. I had very little discomfort that day and no pain afterwards. I received great, prompt service, and a very pleasant experience overall.
