A couple of the practice's longtime employees departed, whom I liked a lot and was very comfortable with, and I was pleased that service and care didn't skip a beat. My new hygienist (Tiffany) was super nice and did a great job. Front desk staff (Jessica) are responsive and helpful, and I like the option to text instead of call. I appreciate that Dr. Matt takes a conservative approach and won't recommend a procedure if it's not 100% necessary, and he'll work with us to find options for treatment -- I trust him! I had a crown and it was an easy time for me. Surprise surprise. I have always dreaded going to the dentist but not any more. Everyone in the office is so friendly and nice and Dr. Matt is great. And to get a crown in just one day instead of a temporary is awesome. Not having to worry about it coming loose or falling out is great.
