Hygienist was compassionate, totally understanding of my finances, and best if all, did NOT fill my mouth with instruments, then try to make conversation or ask inane questions. I love Dr. Matt or I wouldn't pay out of my own pocket to stay with him since losing my job and insurance.

I had a cap come loose so I called to see when I could get in to see Dr. Matt. I was able to put the cap back in place so the tooth was not exposed, so it was not painful. To my surprise, I was told to come right over and they would work me in. I was told that I would probably have to wait a bit, but I was not there even 15 minutes before they took me back. There are so many favorable things to say about Schneider Family Dental! The staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. The hygienists do an amazing job cleaning my teeth every time I visit. My hygienist, Debbie, was very accommodating and did everything she could to ensure I was comfortable during my teeth cleaning at 6 months pregnant. Her compassion for her patients is top notch!
