My 3 kids and I appreciate the reception that we always receive at Schneider Family Dental. From the greeting we receive when we first walk in the door, to the friendly and caring hygienists and Dr. Matt's knowledge and patience, the usual anxiety that comes with going to the dentist is put to rest. We are so thankful to have a dentist office that feels like family.

I felt like the process, equipment and techniques were explained to me very well throughout the appointment. Not knowing what is happening next can be nerve racking, but the communication by the staff were great and made the visit comfortable. Our experience was excellent! It was my daughter’s first visit. She was nervous but Tiffany made her feel very comfortable and she did great! My daughter isn’t afraid to come to the dentist anymore.

I don’t think there’s much improvement needed. Scheduling was very painless with follow-ups and reminders. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They were very thorough in their cleaning and examination and I still got out earlier than anticipated so that’s always nice.

I had a great experience. It was my first time there and the dental hygienist ( Tiffany) was great! She explained what she was doing and why. And she was gentle. And because it was my first time it took a little longer but other than that great!
