The designer, Nadia, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and incorporated those elements into the kitchen design. She was very approachable and easy to communicate with...many times it was after normal work hours, in the evening or on the weekend. Kitchen remodel. Extensive upgrade included removal of soffit, new cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel sink, as well as installation of travertine tile backsplash and installation of new appliances. Replaced existing kitchen cabinets, counter tops, and back splash as well as expand the the size of the kitchen into adjacent available space with additional cabinets, counter tops, and back splash. The best remodeling/contractor experience that we have ever had. We visited their showroom first and then had the designer visit our home. Sembro did the demo of our kitchen and powder room, and the installation of cabinets that we chose from their showroom, installation of all plumbing and fixtures in bathrooms, and the installation of the kitchen backsplash. They also coordinated the ordering and installation of new quartz countertops (kitchen and powder room) and new granite countertops (upstairs baths). Installed new granite counter tops in kitchen and 2nd bathroom. They had to remove old counters and cut down back splash to make an extended bar counter.

Ordered and Installed all kitchen cabinbets, master and half bath vanities. I am thrilled with Sembro's work and professionalism. Nadia came to my home and helped me choose the perfect cabinets and vanities to go with my decor. The timing with the Granite company and them was spot on.
