A smooth and seamless process. Everyone was professional, responsive, and the communication was great. We were always kept in the loop with updates every 1-2 weeks. One minor hiccup in communication that occurred was quickly resolved when it was brought to their attention. Very happy with our new roof and gutters. Derrick gave us an informative presentation and let us know what to expect, and when to expect it, and even came over to reattach some of our old shingles while we were waiting for the final job during this very rainy month. Galo and his crew did a fast but careful install, and cleaned up any trace that they had been there. House looks 1000 times better than it did, and now I can sleep at night!

The installation of my new roof went exactly as Shanco had planned. The teams (roofing and gutter/downspouts) were excellent and worked efficiently to complete the work in a timely manner. No complaints at all!

Shanco’s salesman, David Poole, was a pleasure to work with, helpful, knowledgeable and immediately responsive throughout our decision making process. Their large crew and its foreman, Galo Munive, arrived a few minutes early and began work right on schedule. They ended up taking about an hour longer than expected due to needing to replace a substantial amount of damaged roof sheathing, undetectable before the old shingles were removed. After 7 estimates we decided to go with Shanco and they were great! Dan, Alejandro, Eduvijes plus 12 crew members were all excellent. Dan explained the whole process and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally.
