Over all the crew was very good. They answered questions, explained what they were doing, worked with me when we ran into a window sill issue, respectful and did good work. A couple of small issues: Shower head leaking at the outlet pipe in shower. Not tightened down enough I guess. Easy fix. One floor tile butting up against cabinet has a small gap due to cabinet not being square. Concerned water may get in there and damage underneath/loosen glue. Love the look of the bathtub and the glass shower doors. Moved into a home that decided to take the tub out so called Simple Bath to see what they could do for me and they were able to fix us up. Dave came out and gave the estimate and then it was several months but the installers finally came (Dustin and his sidekick, sorry I didn't get his name). they were friendly and professional. Cleaned up after working the first day and finished the second day. Can't be more pleased would definitely use them again.
Celia and Wesson did a fantastic job. They communicated very well. Cleaned up every day. They were polite, courteous, trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. The end product exceeded our expectations. First class. Thank you. Elizabeth was also first class and professional.
After having had a few other companies visit our home and provide quotes, this experience was stress-free, NO pressure and focused on what we want for our project. We are working with Matt and appreciate his expertise and easy going attitude
The installation team did a great job and was easy to work with. (Dustin and Dan) The bathroom looks great and we enjoy it. It was also a pleasure to work with Elizabeth and Michelle.
The two men, Wesley and Celee were great to work on our shower. We enjoyed them being here and they would ask us to come and see if everything was looking good too us! They cleaned up their mess as they were working. Very good job and very nice men!!
Everyone was great. Love the shower. Matt was so helpful when we were trying to figure out what to do. The entire crew, Daniel & Greg were very polite, respectful and did a great job on the install. Thanks for everything!
My experience with Simple Bath was seamless from my first visit to the showroom to the final installation. I was very happy with all the service and advice I received from Matt when picking out all my fixtures, tub options vanity and flooring. Celie and Wesley were my installers and made sure that every detail was perfect. I am very pleased with my new bathroom.
I cannot recommend Simple Kitchen enough. From the design team to the actual construction crew, this was a seamless process. Bridgette helped us design the kitchen of our dreams and was patient as we picked our finishes, cabinets, hardware, counters, lights, and layout. Once the crew showed up, they were done within a week. Paul and team worked effectively & efficiently to stay on schedule and were a pleasure to have in our home while they were working.
