The installers were fantastic as is the quality of the product. The only issue was the bench and shower caddy were supposed to be a different color than the rest of the shower.
This is the 3rd project Simple Bath has done for me. The process has been easy and to my surprise will be completed earlier than projected. I am so impressed with the professionalism, respect and quality of work the installers provide.
The entire process went very well, from the initial sales contact through the installation. Every Simple Bath associate was great to work with: Elizabeth Thompson (sales), Michelle White and Justin Fessler (installer), I am very happy with the result.
The bathroom is at rental property. There is only 1 bathroom in the unit. The tenant and I are both thrilled that it only took 2 days to complete the work. The completed work looks so nice. The crew leader was Dustin. Great job!
If you are thinking about doing a bathroom remodel, Simple Bath is your contractor. I have learned from past experiences good people are hard to find. ALL of the staff are fabulous to work with. My mom and I recently had 2 bathrooms updated / refresh, new shower, safety features added. The simple bath team from order to installation was nothing but A+. The install team went out of their way to make my mom's bathroom to her needs and correct heights. Jeremy, Chris, and Ceilie from the time they hit the door were off to work and friendly.
Jeremy, Chris, and Ceile were a great team. They were friendly, did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. We had them do all 3 of our bathrooms. Elizabeth was also very professional and she knew the products. Thank you Simple Bath.
Mr. Daniel Alkire is multi-skilled. He is focused and a very hard worker (no breaks, worked until it was all done). He is also a good people person, asking questions and communicating information.
