Very disappointed that new toilet did not cover same area as old toilet. Now we have to replace flooring. Salesperson should have alerted us to this.

We are sorry to hear about the floor. We do try to anticipate issues and head them off w design/scope adaptations when designing a project. When we lay a new floor we run it up to within a half inch of the toilet flange. Most floors are laid this way. It sounds like this may not have been the case with your floor. It is difficult to know this before the toilet is pulled but we will ask the design consultants to be mindful of this and bring it up during the design process.

My new kitchen looks wonderful! I absolutely love it. After meeting with Ashley to discuss how to transform my kitchen into an amazing space, I was excited to have the work actually begin. On time and on budget. So important and so appreciated!! I finally finished the painting two days ago as it was impossible to get a painter. The whole renovation just looks fabulous. We are very pleased!

The team could not have been better from the sales process through completion of the job! They were courteous, professional, on time, great communicators, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We have an older home and there were a few curveballs in the process to make sure the newer fixtures worked with our old pipes and electrical set up. The installation was quick and clean. Dan and Dan were an impressive installation crew. They worked very hard and did a great job. Kudos too to Shawn for his design/aesthetic guidance. It turned about better than expected :-)
