The crew Dustin, Dan, Tony and Jeremy were great! They were prompt, on time, courteous, respectful and worked well together. They cleaned up constantly and were very nice. If there were any questions about things they would ask my opinion. The shower is beautiful. It so easy to get in and out. Thank you Elizabeth for your assistance in getting this project started. What an absolutely wonderful experience. No pressure sales, high quality product, quick responses, and timely work. Simple Bath made the whole design and installation experience very easy and friendly. Mike was our lead installer and he was always prompt, courteous, and patient with our questions. He and his team did a great job every day. We couldn't be happier with our new bath. It makes us smile every day!!!

Installers were very professional .. they went the EXTRA MILE in repairing a large hole in the drainage area. All materials used in the remodel are top notch! Very pleased.

Shawn was good about introducing me to SimpleBath and providing an honest estimate and an outline of the project steps. The tear-down and build guys, Justin and Hunter, were on time, executed the tear-down exactly as planned and completed the build just a few hours later. They kept the house, garage and driveway as clean as possible and picked up everything before leaving. The finished project looks great and I can't wait to use the new shower.

So pleased with result! From the initial sales process to the installers I was very impressed. Demo was fast and what was projected to be a 7 day task came in under that time frame. Clean up each night was excellent and care for my satisfaction was greatly appreciated. I can’t say enough about my install team. No one was willing to leave until I was absolutely satisfied! My satisfaction was their only goal. Great experience for a total master bath overhaul. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Everything was done on time and exactly liked it was explained in the booklet. Each person was very polite and friendly and explained everything that was being done. they did a great job of cleaning up each night. so nice to pick out everything at the showroom. We're happy with the final result but there were issues along the way that drug this project out. The floor we initially ordered at first we were told was discontinued actually when we selected it but were not made aware until later. The sink we ordered was also discontinued but were not made aware of this until the project started and we had to make a snap decision on the replacement. Truly a very simple process to get a new bathroom. Our installers Dustin and Jeremy did a great job! They showed up on time and got the install done in less then 2 days.
