Justin and his assistant, Hunter, were wonderful. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and informative. They took care with drop cloth placement and clean up each day, as well as their final cleanup.

What a fantastic complete all bathrooms experience. This was our first time remodeling all three bathrooms. From Dave Johnson, Jeremy and Dustin everything was first class. The installers, Jeremy and Dustin, we’re always on time, courteous and knowledgeable. For thirteen days they were busy completing our bathroom project. We couldn’t have had a more qualified pair of installers. Very pleased. Pam and Bill Toth, Pickerington Ohio.

Very good product. I love my new shower. The work is clean and very well done. The technicians were fast, friendly and they accommodated my requests when it came to Covid, etc. The only thing I would change is 2 corner caddies instead of 1. One suggestion for Simple Bath is to wash drop cloths more frequently. Good thing I had my own because your drop cloths were too dirty for my floors. Let me just say that I do not like home renovations. In my experience, they always take longer, cost more and do not live up to expectations. Not so with Simple Bath....from start to finish our shower replacement was seamless. I cannot wait to use them again and recommend to others!

The technicians were professional and clean. I was always kept informed of when they would be here and they were on time or early. Even when they found a few "surprises"(previous owner had done some creative things when installing the bathroom himself that would not have passed an inspection) , they were quick to inform me and then discussed how they could fix or remedy the issue.
