The installers were wonderful! Very friendly and clean! Great communication while working. I love our new shower, cabinet, towel rack and light fixture!

Simple Bath was awesome! Elizabeth was great to work with, even with my trouble making decisions!? Ciely and his son were great! I was getting Ciely Jr.’s opinion on a picture for the bathroom. I told him he has a great eye! ?The only reason I did not give a 5 star was that the grab bar in the shower had a very visible flaw in it. They sent someone out in a week and made it right! I have recommended Simple Bath to neighbors in my complex.
Issues: Everyone was very friendly. The shower, drains, and flooring look really nice (although one of the tiles is not sealed). We asked to paint the wall before cabinets were installed but were told we couldn't do that. Now we have paint on the sealant. The towel rack could be longer. One wall mirror has chips in it. The cabinet on the counter top has small chips in it. I purchased baseboards and painted them before they told me on Monday that they were bringing baseboards to me. Simple Bath remodeled our bathroom in 2014. The designer came up with some excellent ideas to deal with some issues we were having that worked out very well, including the installation of a large and very practical dual-sink unit. Installation was efficiently handled by skilled workers in a timely fashion. Everyone from Simple Bath was friendly, knowledgable and experienced . All were a joy to work with.

Everyone we dealt with at Simple Bath was great! Everyone offered suggestions, opinions and listened to our needs and wants. Even when minor issues popped up during installation, our crew addressed them immediately and didn't make us uncomfortable for bringing it to their attention. The crew showed up on time every day and cleaned up everyday. This was the 2nd home that we have used Simple Bath. Both experiences were good. Thanks!

Thank you so much for sending Paul and Anthony on Susie Martin's countertop installation. They couldn't have been more perfect for her. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and personable. They were both very much perfectionists and if something needed tweaking they were only too happy to accommodate her. The stone needed to be brought in through the front door and they heard me ask where the snow shovel was. Paul said don't worry about it and he promptly shoveled her front walk. That just amazed me. We had two bathrooms completed last week. Hard to believe On Monday morning I took a shower in my old bedroom &Wednesday Morning I took one in my beautiful new bathroom. My previous review focused on the installation, which was great. The pre-install effort was also outstanding, from sales to the measurements. Ours sales associate seemed to know what we would ask and was well prepared to provide options and help us understand all of them. We are repeat customers and will use them again if our third bathroom needs a makeover.
