The bathroom renovation was a great experience from start to finish. I was so relieved and happy to find that Simple Bath had a wheelchair accessible shower with a little ramp.. I heard about simple bath from neighbors who also love their bathroom renovation. Elizabeth is delightful, helpful and very knowledgeable about products and design possibilities. Brian and his son did a great job explaining their goals each day when they arrived. I was kept informed as needed, and they took time to answer my questions. Lesley & I were impressed and pleased with how well they kept their work areas clean throughout the day, and how everything was left in order at the end of each day. Bill & Justin came and explain everything they were going to do to complete the job and worked fast and steady. Did an excellent job. Only one hiccup, the medicine cabinet ordered wasn’t the right size. Bill brought it to our attention and said they could order a new medicine cabinet. Then I ask them to position the cabinet to the top and to the bottom and my wife and I decided we would keep this cabinet and decided to use some trim to cover the remaining opening in the wall. Bill and Justin did excellent work.

We already posted our review yesterday. We are super happy with the new bathroom, will send pictures when we have finished the painting and glass doors installed! The installers (Jeremy and Dustin) were also great to work with! We definitely will recommend Simple Bath to our friends.
Pierrette P We are very happy with our beautiful bathroom installed by Jeremy and Dustin who were a wonderful team, always professional, open to any questions or suggestions and eager to please the customer. Not a single “glitch” happened during the entire week. They were also exceedingly cautious with the Covid-19 safety measures. Fantastic job!
