Our installers, Celie and Logan were fantastic. They did an excellent job, went beyond what the salesperson had told us, and were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We love our new bathroom

We are very satisfied customers. Our designer Elizabeth was very attentive to our ideas and budget and great with follow up and communication throughout the process. Our installers, Jeremy and Dustin also did a fantastic job. They were on time, professional, respectful of my working from home and informative throughout the process. They left the place clean after every work day. We are very happy with our new bathroom and would highly recommend Simple Bath.

Appointment was for 9:00, an hour from Columbus and Brian showed at 9:00 both days. Did Excellent work, cleaned everything when he left,and was very pleasant along the way. The process from end to end was excellent. Shawn Barral did a great job of guiding us through the sales process. He was always available and provided all the information we needed to make a decision. Tony worked with us to make sure our installation was on schedule. Celie and Logan did an outstanding job during the installation. Jeremy and Dusty did a really nice job on our new shower and flooring. They showed up on time, were professional, and got the job done in less than 2 days. It was as hassle free as possible from start to finish. My bathroom looks fantastic now. I wish I could do my Zoom meetings from the bathroom to show it off! Thank you!

Our installers for our new shower stall were Jeremy and Dustin (Dusty). They kept us informed every step of the way and made sure that the 2 small mishaps were taken care of immediately.
