I took my car to the mechanic last week for an oil change and he said it has been 11 years since we changed the brakes. I told him that they do not squeak or pulsate and they stop me fine so lets just change the oil. When i went to the dentist for a cleaning they said it has been 11 years since these x rays and if you do not take them you can hit the trail. So, the patient has No say so ! Maybe you can still decline the fluoride ? But that generates not much income.

I am updating my review to include this whole staff is AMAZING! I was treated with kindness and compassion. I have a treatment plan. Dr. Botti explained everything to me. I have pretty intense dental anxiety and they were so calming. Patty, I can't thank you enough!!

I have not had my appointment yet. However, Chelsy was amazing! She was kind and answered many of my questions. She walked me through what an appointment would consist of. Tried to do X-rays when I had already had them earlier in calendar year. Then charged me $40 for cancelling because of illness. I had many appointments due to Invisalign and the office Had to reschedule me at least twice due to the dentists vacation and training. I did not charge you $40 so why charge me?
