The staff, as always, was friendly, courteous & very professional. The hygienist (Courtney) is highly skilled in her profession & very thorough. I have been using “Smiles at the Exchange“ for my dental needs for many years & would highly recommend this dental group & Dr. Botti to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

I took my car to the mechanic last week for an oil change and he said it has been 11 years since we changed the brakes. I told him that they do not squeak or pulsate and they stop me fine so lets just change the oil. When i went to the dentist for a cleaning they said it has been 11 years since these x rays and if you do not take them you can hit the trail. So, the patient has No say so ! Maybe you can still decline the fluoride ? But that generates not much income.

I am updating my review to include this whole staff is AMAZING! I was treated with kindness and compassion. I have a treatment plan. Dr. Botti explained everything to me. I have pretty intense dental anxiety and they were so calming. Patty, I can't thank you enough!!
