I have not had my appointment yet. However, Chelsy was amazing! She was kind and answered many of my questions. She walked me through what an appointment would consist of. I am so thankful she answered the phone. I have an appointment Wednesday and will update my experience. Chelsy does her job very well. Hoping the rest of the office is as kind as her. Tried to do X-rays when I had already had them earlier in calendar year. Then charged me $40 for cancelling because of illness. I had many appointments due to Invisalign and the office Had to reschedule me at least twice due to the dentists vacation and training. I did not charge you $40 so why charge me?
