I personally would appreciate a little more flexibility with your on-time arrival policy. I was on time for this visit, and all was well, but I was a little late for a previously scheduled appointment that was time-sensitive (daughter had a terrible tooth issue that needed resolved ASAP.) I received a call on my cell phone from your staff at 4 minutes after the scheduled start-time, with zero flexibility for a late arrival, or option to be worked in later in the day. Everything was great except the receptionist insisted I had to pay for nitrous when the Dr said it should be waived. He didn't check with the Dr. Just said I had to pay it. Everything else was great!
No improvements needed. Great experience, especially my hygenisist. Kelly was wonderful! Thank you as I have high anxiety with dental appointments.
They took there time to understand me. They worked to provide a comprehensive service, very detailed and most importantly they did whatever needed to be some to ensure a great, pain free visit.
The Gentle dentist was nearby and accepted our Ohio Teachers dental insurance to help pay our bills

I truly appreciate everyone on your staff and the monumental amount of attention they give to me as a patient and my comfort and satisfaction. I can't think of any areas for improvement at all. You are truly focused on the patient on all levels at all times. Thanks for making the usual dreaded visit to the dentist completely tolerable. You are the best!
I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist. The staff is friendly and the facility and strategies are up to date. Dr. Shah was very helpful in explaining the procedure and his work was done with great care and expertise.
