Once again, I would like to voice my concern for the uncomfortable atmosphere the front desk brings to The Gentle Dentist. It feels as though the front desk has its patients labeled as soon as they come up to the desk to make a follow up appt. the sneers and snickers are unprofessional and unwarranted. Jane Coulman, the ring leader of it all, is one of the worst and I can only assume that her staff simply follows her lead and is told to make the patients feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I find the people here to be my friends and not adversaries
I’ve never encountered anyone unfriendly or even indifferent at the Gentle Dentist. Every single person feels like they are a part of my team, and I always feel welcome.
This was much better than previous visits. I was considering going elsewhere.
