No I do not understand my finacal options. My insurance provider changed since my last visit and you are apparently out of network and I ended up paying $55 for a cleaning that should have been covered

Very thorough dental care. Aggressive with the cross-selling and up-selling, however.

love this place - wish they accepted all insurances

I've been going to the gentle dentist for about 3 years now and have never had any issues. They staff is super friendly, service is prompt and efficient, and they go to great lengths to make sure you're comfortable. Every hygienist I've had has been very polite, courteous, and pleasant to talk to. The doctors are just as nice and thorough with their exams. Aside from the busy and sometimes difficult location, this is a great place to go to for all your dental needs,

Disappointed that I have not heard back about my front teeth. I was told you would get back with me. You showed me a picture that my front teeth are worn to the metal and chipped but would have to replace them myself, without insurance. because it is an aesthete. Doesn't make sense to me. Might have no choice but to get another dentist option to save $3,000.

I went to the dentist for years and years. Gum disease started taking over but my 'old time' dentist never came up with a solution. Silver fillings caused cracked teeth then a part would fall off... I am missing teeth, have loose ones, etc. etc. I would tell anyone 'out there' that if they have a fear of going to the dentist (like we used to), give this practice a try.

I lined Dr. Scott and his assistant at the time Lana when they extracted my tooth. I did not like Dr. E. Nash and his assistant on my first visit. I had a cracked tooth and instead of acting on it they referred me to dental specialist. Then it collect the money for the visit, No one through out the visit discussed a plan on taking care of my teeth. Even after the extraction when i went to pay it was the clerk who asked if i was interested in a cleaning and etc. I would think that it would be advantageous for someone to layou... read more

I received a phone call that is was time for our cleanings. Cora (being only 5) had a difficult time this round and really did not get anything cleaned. As it turns out, she was already seen in 1/2015 and 6/2015 so this appointment in 12/2015 was too EARLY so I just received a bill to pay out of pocket. I take partial responsibility as the parent but this really should have been caught by the office. It's even more upsetting since the appt only lasted 10 minutes.

I have been coming to the Gentle Dentist since 2007 if my memory serves me correct. I have always had excellent service especially from the dental hygienist who take care of my cleaning. I have been fortunate and never had a cavity in my life and actually enjoy coming to the dentist for regular checkups and exams. Something weird happened in the billing department the visit before yesterday.
