Awesome service at every visit! When your appointment is at 3 you are in the chair at 3. My wait in the waiting room has never been long enough to even open a magazine. They are always kind, courteous and professional. They even gave me a lovely quilt to use one day when I was chilly.
Service is always timely. Excellent cleaning, care, and caring from the dental hygienist. (I think Jessica?) Good follow through with referral from Dr. Scott for periodontist.

I have not been to a dentist in almost 30 years. I had a lot of anxiety and worries about seeing the dentist. Then I broke a tooth and had no other choice. I reached out to the Gentle Dentist and they worked with me to see me as soon as possible. Boy did I make a GREAT choice. The staff were kind, gentle, and excellent. I experienced very little pain and was assured throughout the whole process. Thank you Gentle Dentist!
Dr. Cronin is an exceptional dentist. The office staff is always so nice I usually deal with Andy, he is great! And I never have to wait they are always on time or early for my appointment

Everyone is friendly, well informed, gentle, and considerate of my needs. I really appreciate that. I like that procedures are explained - like all the numbers the hygienist takes down. This makes your dental situation much less intimidating. I would look no where else for a dentist in the north Columbus area. The Gentle Dentist is the best!
