As always I had a very pleasant dental experience! I have been treated at the gentle dentist for many years I can't say enough good things about Dr. Baker. Most recently I have requested Lisa as my hygienist as she is both personable and conscientious. You might pay a little more for your appointment but the service and worry free experience is worth any extra out of pocket cost.
I absolutely love every experience that I and my family have at Gentle Dentist - from the first "How can I make you smile today?" on the phone. I don't know how you guys do it, but I am always surprised when you can schedule our appointments to the dates that are very close to the time we call. You always have a lot of people, but very little wait time. All the hygienists that we had were great. They are very nice with kids. Loved the attention to detail and a dentist cleaning. Didn't expect that.
As always, my last visit was great in all aspects. Scheduling was hassle free and I was able to get a 7AM appt (my favorite!) with a short lead time. The front desk crew really are great to work with. The room was well set up with plenty of comforts/distractions (TV, massage pad, etc). The hygienist was efficient, informative and friendly. Since I don't listen to tunes or TV while in the chair, a hygienist who can lead a 2-way conversation and still be efficient is a wonderful thing.
