Good staff and excellent service.
They explained everything they did in a friendly and helpful way. The hygienist was very gentle and kind. She was very careful to make sure I was comfortable and to be sure I got the best care. I felt very comfortable and informed throughout my visit. I was very pleased with my visit.
I never have to wait and my hygienist really took her time to make my teeth look and feel great!
I liked best was how immediate they were able to fit me in for an appointment on such short notice. I choose gentle dentist bc it was referred to me by my previous dentist back home. They lady who assisted with the procedure really helped by being warming welcoming and personable throughout the procedure. As well as dr. Bossert did an amazing job and really informed me of all my options. I will absolutely recommend this office to family and friends in the columbus area
I brought my father in for a visit. I chose The Gentle Dentist for him because of my own good experiences. My dad has dementia and is a curmudgeon. Holly was great with him. Well above average. Many people tend to ignore him or get anxious interacting with him or turn their noses up at his unkempt appearance. I have hated going the dentist my whole life. I absolutely DREADED going. I started going to you guys about two years ago when I moved to Columbus, and have been so happy! You make me not dread going to the dentist! What! Never thought I'd say that. Wonderful staff who are so welcoming, and you're true to your name (gentle) which... let's be honest... is why I picked you guys in the first place, hah! I appreciated that both my hygienist and the dentist made sure to explain what procedures they were doing, why they were doing them, and what the results were. I didn't feel confused about my dental situation/results of procedures. I also really appreciate the flexible hours (open early & late) as it is helpful for my work schedule. I chose the Gentle Dentist through a referral by a friend who comes to the Gentle Dentist. I don't have any specific improvements that I would note. Thank you!
