You all do a great job. The only thing I have recently not liked is the way you now answer the phone. When you ask what you can do to make me smile I feel very heavily marketed to and this is something that I REALLY dislike. It is corny and it doesn't fit the authentic and warm friendliness that I experience in all the other interactions that I have with you.
This was my first visit and one I will repeat. Your office staff were very efficient and Chrystal did a thorough cleaning. Thank you!
Dr. Ed Nash and Sierra showed great concern for my comfort during my procedure. Dr, Nash seemed very skilled and used whatever tools necessary to get the best result. I also had a deep cleaning performed at this visit the hygienist explained every step and also was very meticulous going back to areas that needed more attention. I experienced no post procedure pain and am very pleased with this visit.
Everyone is so kind. Offering nitrous oxide to help me get through my fillings was so helpful. The dentists treat the dental hygienists with respect. Every step of the procedure was explained to me. I've hated going to the dentist for so long and haven't gone for years but I am not fearful of going to this dentist.
I love it just the way it is. Would not change a thing. Till next time take care & God Bless.
