Appreciation of your patients time. I didn't even sit down - and the treating person came out to greet me. Wish my family Dr followed the same protocol!
Everyone is friendly. Appointments are efficient and on time. I have never had additional services or procedures pushed onto to me. Everyone truly is gentle :-). The office is very clean. I love the flexible hours. Nothing needs changed or improved.
The people in office from the front desk to the Assist to the doctor were very nice. Good Listeners! unjuding! did not make me feel bad. Completely comcern about my pain and condition of my teeth. Explain multilpe options for me, help me reach the best decision that would be best for me long term. I am completey pleased with the care. I even transfered all three of my children to the gental dentist. they all have a appoinment next week. Very clean and invoiting facility.
very efficient from the time I arrived to teh time I left, my hygienist was great, Kelly, she explained everything she was doing and did a fantastic job with the cleaning, please pass this on to her, the dentist was friendly adn explained everything as well. overall great experience
The experience! The staff is ALWAYS so sweet and just a pleasure.
The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They do a great job explaining the clinical and financial aspects of the treatment in a way that is easy to understand. Also, who doesnt like the chairs with the massagers and a flat screen tv.
All staff very professional and friendly. Natalie was especially pleasant and explained everything she was doing.
My hygienist, Jenna was excellent. Staff makes it easy to get in and out quickly.
Colton is very scared of all things medical. The staff was so wonderful in helping to make him feel safe and comfortable. I am so grateful!
