I love the extended hours and not having to wait for my appointment. This last trip, however, I missed the Chapstick that used to be on your check out counter. I look forward to them every visit, but this time they were not there.

To change: If the dentist you have had leaves the practice, to know (in advance) that they are no longer there and you will be assigned to someone else. Just coming in and finding out did not match my past experience with Gentle Dentist.

The whole visit was great! Loved the hygienist, Linda! She was very thorough, explained everything she was doing, and my teeth felt great when I left there!

I love that Jane keeps everyone on track and on time, I have never, ever had to wait -- and I've been coming to you for 20 years. I can't think of anything to change or improve, you're great at everything. Dr. Nash and Lana are terrific (as is everyone)!
