Everyone is always wonderful. I've been a patient for nearly 2 decades now. This practice was a great find when I moved to Columbus. I've stayed a patient no matter where I've lived across the area & as my family grew to include children. Thanks for who you are & all you do.
Very good, complete dental services, not a referral dentist with only cleaning and x-ray services. My rating system "Crap Factor" has them rated at "NONE".

I needed a wisdom tooth pulled out that was bothering me for a little while so I tried calling around to find a place. Every place I called either sounded rude over the phone or seemed like they didn't care once I let them know I don't have insurance. The customer service is always phenomenal. I have been actively recruiting friends and family to switch to the Gentle Dentist. I think my favorite aspect of the business is that not only am I not shamed for my anxiety (which has happened at other practices), but you actively try to alleviate it (and succeed!).
