Quick, respectful, thorough, good at what you do. All reasons that I and my family and friends would never go to another dentist's office!
I want the dental hygienists to work on being gentle when they floss. I have no space between my teeth and they are pretty tight together. And instead of shoving the floss I would like them to work on having more of a seesaw motion to eliminate the hard jam of when it goes through.
Kelly was awesome. She was friendly, personable, and great at what she does.
I like walking into your office and your staff greets you and tells you: "We will be with you shortly." I have never had much of a wait time. Everyone makes you feel appreciated that you have chosen the gentile dentist for you dental needs.
I very much appreciate that Gentle Dentist professionals are always on time, pleasant and not rushed. My appt. yesterday was for a crown. Last night the crown became dislodged while I was flossing and after three attempts I was able to re-glue it using the kit provided to me at my appt. My husband and I are currently on way out of town and I hope it holds!
You guys are so nice and so efficient! You have really taken away a lot of my dental anxiety.
I'd like to know what Dentist I am seeing before my appointment.
Everyone is also so kind and helpful. I am often there with my kids and the office is so accommodating.
