Very friendly staff. This was the first dentist I have ever been to that had a massage chair. Linda was great.
I liked the punctuality best. This appointment wasn't as good as my first. It started with having the wrong chart and taking some time to get the correct one. Then there was confusion over owing money or not owing money. I was told by the hygienist that I owed a $30 copay and then when I went to pay they said I didn't owe anything. I still don't know which was correct. I still love Lori Cronin. She was very pleasant.
The Gentle Dentist is by far the best dentist that I have been to. Each and every one of the staff members are friendly and helpful- Kelly especially, she was so sweat and informative. I have referred several of my friends and will continue to do so, so that they can get this wonderful experience as well. I actually look forward to my next appointment! Thanks you all!

I have a lot of sensitivity and decided to try your office because of your name. Everyone was friendly and with the numbing stuff the hygienist used on my teeth, I had no pain! I was so relieved!!!! I will definitely tell my friends about your office.
Everything about the Gentle Dentist is fantastic. My wife loves it there. And now our 2 boys are going there.

On a previous treatment plan, the amount listed for just refilling a cavity was $20.00 less than what was charged. The $160 charge seemed excessive for 10 min appointment.
