I got my first facial today and it was amazing!! Erin did an amazing facial and I felt so extremely relaxed when I left! I Will definitely be getting many more facials from her and taking better care of my skin!
I go to the Spa at River Ridge for pedicures frequently. I appreciate their efficient check-in process and the waiting area with refreshments. The spa area is always clean and well kept, and the pedicure chairs are comfortable and relaxing. Teagan is great and I appreciate how dedicated she is to detail. This is my favorite place to receive spa services in the greater Columbus area!

I am always greeted with smiles and hellos. The moment I arrive I am also asked how I am, offered a refreshment and my coat/and or bag hung up or tucked in near me. Any questions or concerns have always been addressed professionally and with a genuine amount of care and interest. I love the staff and I love my time at Spa at River Ridge.
