I have been a customer from the start. Always consistently strong customer service. The “front” and “back” end of the operation function in unison. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. My regular stylist, Emily, has been doing a great job with me for a number of years. I have experienced other stylists also and they have all done a great job. The Spa at River Ridge gives one a top-notch professional experience with a total staff focused on the customer experience.
