First impressions mean a lot, let me say I was very impressed at how friendly most of the staff were, including the (hygienist) that took my x-rays and serviced me. I was very comfortable. Even speaking with Dr. Tzagournis I was able to ask many questions to my satisfaction, listen to his decisions and was able to make my own decisions.
