First impressions mean a lot, let me say I was very impressed at how friendly most of the staff were, including the (hygienist) that took my x-rays and serviced me. I was very comfortable. Even speaking with Dr. Tzagournis I was able to ask many questions to my satisfaction, listen to his decisions and was able to make my own decisions. No questions went unanswered BUT, the show stopper was Torrie, when it came to discussing my insurance benefits and payment to be professional and still be able to keep the patient laughing a... read more
