I was a new patient. I called to set up an appointment, and I was able to schedule the very next day. I did not have to wait long at all, and all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Knowledgable and friendly staff.
I thought the Dr. and the staff were very professional & quick.
Went to this office 2019 and Sarah was grat but is gone now!! The doctor is money hungry! For 3 years I was billed for the annual exam that is covered by my insurnace 100%. Then the doctor decided to use a different insurance code that goes toward your deductible. Yhe office said is is their policy now! I also bought 3 gift certificates when they opened and now they said they certificate are no longer any good! Evne though they do not expire! Terrible dishonest office money hungry!!!
Jen the aesthetician was not careful with her job and to begin with she was too quick to finishing her task. There was not even paper cover: /sheet on the seat where my daughter was made to lie down to get her treatment. Now we aren’t sure if the rep takes POC/immigrant families for granted or is this same method she uses for everyone? All questions answered. Good job on removing mole. Yearly skin check: 👍🏻 Z-Bar Vanicream Soap Bar samples took care of rough patch on side of nose. Doctor recommended a medicated shampoo to wash face with. Forgot name of it. Called office and left message. Never heard back. If email came through on another number than doctor’s office it probably just went to junk mail or was deleted: Same with phone calls. If no ID it is ignored.

Terrible. Was told a vein procedure would be #300-400 a leg, then afterwords received a bill for over $1800 per leg. I am filing a complaint to the better business bureau because apparently this has happened to others. This was at the Lewis Center office. On top of that, Sara Pione swore at my wife on the phone and hung up on her. This is appalling and unacceptable. Would not have done this procedure if you were honest up front.

Where do I even begin? This office has had the worst communication I have ever experienced. I should have known not to continue going here after a consult where the doctor told me my best option for a skin issue on my face was just to wear makeup. Additionally, they continually have misinformed me of costs through different experiences. Terrible service. Incompetent front office employees. I have worked in insurance and insurance verification is so important for the customer. I was very clear asking what the cost of my procedure would be. They told me a price and that was my expectation. I had the procedure and after the the Dr. gave me a steroid shot. I paid my full balance. I was then billed almost $200 for that steroid shot that apparently was not included. Fine, if it was needed then okay. I paid that.
