The doctor was great (efficient, knew what he was talking about, told me what he was giving me & why and what next steps would be if we weren't satisfied) but the nurse who came in before asked me a few questions and then proceeded to loudly make fun of me outside the door. She was mocking the way I spoke, and was being condescending about the way I answered her questions when she didn't ask for any clarification or further information. I was just a number. I have heard such good things about dermatologists and thought I would give it a try. I got there and spent 10-15 minutes on paperwork. Before this visit I was excited and spent some time writing down questions I had about several skin related things. When I got in the room, the nurse was very nice and had me change. The dermatologist came in and did a quick not even 20 second skin search. Found an irregular mole asked if she could remove it and even that was like 10 seconds. Staff was super friendly. Everything that happened was thoroughly explained. Once the doctor and/or nurse put on gloves the only thing they touched were the medical instruments. That doesn’t happen everywhere. I will only ever go here for dermatology.

The Nurse that answered the nurse line was very rude. She did not answer as nurse line so I had to ask. She did not introduce herself either. I began to ask my question and she told me “I don’t know who you are or what you’re talking about!” Instead she should have asked my name/ birthday to pull up my information. Then she would have known who I was and what I was talking about. Very disappointing in this experience
