The doctor was great (efficient, knew what he was talking about, told me what he was giving me & why and what next steps would be if we weren't satisfied) but the nurse who came in before asked me a few questions and then proceeded to loudly make fun of me outside the door. She was mocking the way I spoke, and was being condescending about the way I answered her questions when she didn't ask for any clarification or further information. From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with pleasant staff, filled out a quick update, escorted to a room. Wait time was only a couple of minutes! My appointment was scheduled with Sara Taylor, PA who is knowledgeable, a good listener & is always so caring & attentive = excellent bedside manner! The Dublin office is very clean & following COVID guidelines!
