Erica is the best! She has been my aesthetician for over 20 years. She knows my skin and what it needs. She is very gentle, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain, answer any questions I may have.
The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. Dr. George has taken great care when addressing my skin health.

Moving to a new area two years ago, I was fearful of finding a Dermatologist I could trust. I am so thankful that my first call was to Universal. Having a very unique skin issue had previously made it very difficult to get proper care but I received better results and more support than I could have ever imagined at Universal. They quickly cemented themselves as my favorite dermatology office and are the only team I trust with caring for my children’s skin as well.
Although I prefer face-to-face visits, this was Very convenient. It was a great way to “see” the doctor during Covid19 restrictions. Pictures and info was simple to submit. Doctor responded very timely and was very helpful with chat and information. Rx was submitted and ready to pick up.
