Pleased with hygienist and dentist. Reception staff also very nice and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t understand was why social security numbers were needed- especially for child. I’ve never given those to any doctor or dentist office in my life. And since I just received a notice that a hospital I had services at was hacked and my information was compromised, I’m feeling especially uncomfortable sharing any more than absolutely necessary.

The dental hygienists and the dentist are very skilled. Office atmosphere is excellent as is the staff. However, their charges for the different dental procedures seem excessively high. So much so, that I will begin looking around for another more affordable dental practice.

Well, I was not happy with $131 to spend 5 - 10 seconds to smooth off a tooth edge that was chipped during my routine cleaning...which likely wiill need additioonal work. And the $267 to close up my opening on my implant. Overall $674 charged. Things were better when you accepted my insurance.

Fine. Hopefully no follow up problems. I am currently upset at cost. This tooth had a crown removed to fill a place along the gum line. After a new crown was replaced I had pain and irritation in the gum until I brought it to the new dentist attention. Finding a crack in the root the tooth had to be removed and bone grafted. This was only several MONTHS after the new crown was placed. I had to pay the entire crowning out of pocket and now having to pay all this extensive work out of pocket too. The dental services from Dr. Reed were great. However, the front desk staff is continuously, rude, unfriendly, and very dismissive. I have not had one positive interaction with them in person or by phone. The one woman at the front desk who wears large glasses, was friendly to me when Dr. Reed was present only to quickly transition to unfriendly and rude the minute he left the area. If I do not return for dental services, it will not be because of the dentist or hygienist - it will be because of the front desk staff.

Horrible experience. If you want a commercialized, conveyor belt, money making way of dentistry this is your place! Super convenient scheduling…bc it’s a conveyor belt. I only came here bc my kids’ dentist retired and transferred his clients here. However we will not be back. The dentist never introduced themselves to me. The hygienist gave information regarding a procedure the dentist recommended, told me to schedule at the desk. I went to the desk and the person told me there was nothing else to do. It seems your communication within your office is not at the top of its game. I got a call shortly after leaving today telling me I had to return and sign something so I could get my teeth back from California? What? I was several miles away. At 1st I said I wasn’t coming back. Something sounded screwy so I returned and found that the paper was for the biopsy? Kinda upset with gas now 4.10 a gallon. I’d say you need to improve your communication between your employees

Getting a crown was not a fun experience. I did appreciate their handling of the broken crown and dental work needed.
