I was really upset by my last experience. I thought Dr. Reed did a nice job and his assistant did as well. However, it is uncomfortable when a dentist makes jokes about this is going to take 3 hours to get done. While I understand humor can lighten the mood, I am anxious about going to the dentist and I did not appreciate this joke and others similar. The staff were all very friendly, the dental hygienist was very thorough (and nice as well) and Dr. Papp explained the procedures he suggested so I understood why certain things were needed. Great experience!

My experience yesterday was wonderful from beginning to end. I came in nervous and went out with a smile. The front staff greeted us right away. My new hygienist, Dani was great. She was glad to see us. She is gentle, cares a lot and does a great job. My teeth feel so clean. I look forward to seeing her every six months. I appreciate getting me in on short notice for a cleaning. However, telling me I had an appointment with Cassity on the phone and then having a seemingly inexperienced hygienist greet me and say she is “filling in” for Cassity (who was in the room across the hall) felt like a bait and switch. This was my first time going to Worthington Dental Group for a cleaning so it leaves me with mix emotions about coming back.
