I feel completely relaxed and comfortable with Dani and Dr. Papp. Plus I believe the cleaning and examination are thorough and professional. And the front desk staff are always pleasant and responsive.

My experience yesterday was wonderful from beginning to end. I came in nervous and went out with a smile. The front staff greeted us right away. My new hygienist, Dani was great. She was glad to see us. She is gentle, cares a lot and does a great job. My teeth feel so clean. I look forward to seeing her every six months. I appreciate getting me in on short notice for a cleaning. However, telling me I had an appointment with Cassity on the phone and then having a seemingly inexperienced hygienist greet me and say she is “filling in” for Cassity (who was in the room across the hall) felt like a bait and switch. This was my first time going to Worthington Dental Group for a cleaning so it leaves me with mix emotions about coming back.

Well I went to have them look at tooth they said they can pull it that day , X-ray showed the toothe a little decay towards just the bottom opening and you can tell the gum sort of closed on it which kept from decay , plus root canal was done on it said the dentist and young girl , well the dentist pulled and tugged and tugged hurting my two teeth that surrounded each side of the one he was working on , I thought my cap was going to come off , he asked are you on blood thinners I sad no , held tight with gauze for awhile sta... read more

The facility and staff are great; however, you get what you pay for. Rates seem extremely high for services. My appt was for preventative care (cleaning and extras) for which I anticipated no OOP cost. During my exam I was informed they would take a considerable amount of x-rays for a "new patient exam ~ around 18?" I asked if this was covered under insurance prior to treatment and was told "yes." Finding Worthington Dental was one of the great successes of our family's care of our 95 year old father.
