Horrible experience. If you want a commercialized, conveyor belt, money making way of dentistry this is your place! Super convenient scheduling…bc it’s a conveyor belt. I only came here bc my kids’ dentist retired and transferred his clients here. However we will not be back. The dentist never introduced themselves to me. The hygienist gave information regarding a procedure the dentist recommended, told me to schedule at the desk. I went to the desk and the person told me there was nothing else to do. It seems your communication within your office is not at the top of its game. I got a call shortly after leaving today telling me I had to return and sign something so I could get my teeth back from California? What? I was several miles away. At 1st I said I wasn’t coming back. Something sounded screwy so I returned and found that the paper was for the biopsy? Kinda upset with gas now 4.10 a gallon. I’d say you need to improve your communication between your employees

Getting a crown was not a fun experience. I did appreciate their handling of the broken crown and dental work needed.

I was really upset by my last experience. I thought Dr. Reed did a nice job and his assistant did as well. However, it is uncomfortable when a dentist makes jokes about this is going to take 3 hours to get done. While I understand humor can lighten the mood, I am anxious about going to the dentist and I did not appreciate this joke and others similar. This also happened at the Endodontist office that Dr. Reed referred me too. The Endodontist and his assistant made jokes about drilling into the wrong tooth when the Endodontis... read more

Well covered and detailed explanation of what the implant procedure will entail. For your information: I could not fill out the Patient Information sheets attached to your email to me. I then went to your and website filled out and signed all the Patient Info. sheets.I was surprised to find out WDG only received my name and telephone number.

The staff were all very friendly, the dental hygienist was very thorough (and nice as well) and Dr. Papp explained the procedures he suggested so I understood why certain things were needed. Great experience!
