I have been visiting Dr. Miller for a few years now and always receive the most professional service and care possible. Dr. Miller has always been honest and proactive about the condition and care of my implant.

Loved getting my teeth cleaned.
After 2 hours of cleaning I had lock jaw and they misdiagnosed it for over 2 weeks saying it wasn't unusual and would go away. It did not so they referred me to a physical therapist specializing in that condition who was able to successfully treat it after 4 sessions on my dime. The periodontist did not do the deep cleaning leaving it to an assistant who also had trouble numbing my gums.
I’ve had 3 appointments with your office & had to wait significantly each time before seeing the doctor. My last appointment I waited over an hour from my scheduled appointment time until I saw Dr. Miller. My time is just as important as yours. Financial representative, Donna, comes off rude and unpleasant when discussing finances. More financial options a must. On a positive note, Yohanna, was extremely pleasant & helpful at every interaction!
For the third time, (the last time also involved an X-ray and prior to that there was a prescription refill request by both me and my pharmacy which went unanswered) I was told the doctor was too busy to review my X-ray but would follow up soon because I would need a surgery for a deep pocket. 4 weeks and counting and no response, what was once unthinkable has now become the norm with this practice unfortunately. Dr.Miller I've be coming to your office well before you joined your Father in his practice. I felt attacked by Candy. She told me I has puss coming out of all my teeth, uppers and lowers, from my canines back to all my molars. Why didn't she alert you to at least look at my mouth? or were you too busy? or don't you care? She talked to me with a passive aggressive attitude also saying ,out of the blue, that all dentists in Hawaii were not good. I have no idea where that came from.
